Euro Hockey Challenge?

So, I was just looking at the 2010/2011 shedule of the Czech National team and apart from the typical EHT tournaments I came across this part:
"Zápasy v termínech 7. a 8. dubna, resp. 14. a 15. dubna budou oficiálně potvrzeny po kongresu IIHF koncem září. Půjde o utkání nově zavedeného Euro Hockey Challenge."

"Games on 7th/8th or 14th/15th April will be officialy confirmed after the IIHF congress at the end of September. The games will be a part of the newly introduced Euro Hockey Challenge."

Does anyone have any further info on this? Is this kind of an anlragment of EHT, what the 2nd string nations have been asking for?

Got some more info on this. Appereantly it will be the new system of friendly games played before the IIHF IHWC. The top 4 European teams- Russia, Sweden, Finland, Czech republic- will play friendly games against the 6 next European teams in the ranking- Switzerland, Slovakia, Germany, Norway, Belarus and Latvia. Denmakr as the first team under the line will be a substitute. The two games between Slovakia and Czech republic in early April will be a part of this tournament or whatever it is.

So the dates for this thing in 2010/2011 should be
April 2nd, 3rd
April 7th, 8th
April 14th. 15th
